Alain Valles has been active in the mortgage industry for over 16 years.  He is the founder and president of Direct Finance Corp. with operations in six states.  In addition to being responsible for all operations, he has a strong record as a top producing loan officer closing all types of loan programs for all types of borrowers.  His mortgage practice has been built based on referrals.  The company’s mission has always been to serve each client before, during, and after the transaction.  By doing so, Alain has become a trusted advisor and an excellent resource for his clients to access other professionals in all areas of business.

His real world experience is complemented with his educational background and active volunteerism.  Alain received a Masters in Real Estate from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, and a BBA from the University of Massachusetts.  In addition, he contributes time and resources as the current Treasurer and Board Member of the Massachusetts Mortgage Association, Member of the National Association of Mortgage Brokers, and serves on the Advisory Board of the national business coaching company Buffini & Company.  He is currently the only certified lending mentor in Massachusetts for the Buffini & Company’s “100 Days to Greatness” training program.  In addition, he has been a visiting lecturer for the Mass. State Police and the subject of several trade magazine articles. 

Alain is currently studying for the Certified Senior Advisor designation.  As the average age of homeowners increase, Reverse Mortgages are becoming an important option to help our senior citizens improve the quality of their lives while remaining in their homes.
